TenantNex is a technology platform that provides informational assistance to renters. TenantNex is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. Nothing on TenantNex constitutes legal advice.
No guarantees
TenantNex does not guarantee: the return of your security deposit; any specific outcome with your landlord; the accuracy of AI-generated responses; or results from any specific feature. AI responses are informational only.
Pricing and billing
TenantNex charges a one-time fee per case, shown before you pay. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Because we begin preparing your letter as soon as payment clears, fees are non-refundable once your letter has been mailed; if we cannot prepare or mail your letter, we refund the fee in full.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for: providing accurate information; maintaining account security; complying with applicable laws; and decisions you make based on TenantNex information.
Acceptable use
Do not use TenantNex to upload documents you don't have rights to; to attempt to override AI safety instructions through document content; or for unlawful purposes.
