What we collect

TenantNex collects: your email address and name when you sign up; lease documents and rental information you upload; usage data and analytics events; and payment information processed by Stripe (we never store card numbers).

How we use it

We use your data to: provide and improve the TenantNex service; analyze your lease documents with AI assistance; send important account notices; process payments via Stripe; and measure product performance through analytics.

Your documents are private

Lease documents and rental documents are stored with private access controls. We do not share your documents with third parties. Documents are accessible only to you through your authenticated account.

• Anthropic: AI lease and rental assistance
• Google Analytics 4: Usage analytics (anonymized)

Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us. You may export your data through account settings (coming soon).
